Shipping policy

We deliver Worldwide and shipping is FREE OF CHARGE on all orders.

On average, our delivery lead-times are 1 to 3 working days. 

We are a Swiss brand, based in Switzerland. Shipments are sent from our Swiss warehouse. There will be no surprises in terms of tax – the price you see is the final price you pay, all tax included!

Your orders are guaranteed to arrive safely thanks to the Worldwide DHL Express service.

Don't panic. We offer a "complete satisfaction or your money back" guarantee. Charles Bow Tie products ordered online can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Simply request a refund by contacting us using the contact form and we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will refund you the amount paid on the invoice using the same payment method used for the original order. Returns are free.

All items returned must also be in perfect condition. You must then email us proof of postage as proof of delivery. 

For exchanges, simply return your watch within 5 days (according to the procedure above) and, once the watch has been returned and refunded, you can order a replacement.

Don't worry. If your order has not been shipped yet, simply contact us straight away and we will be happy to update the information for you. Otherwise, according to our general terms and conditions of sale, once an order has left our warehouse, no further changes are possible. 

Yes, you can track the status of your order via the DHL Express website or directly with your phone. You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

Returns and exchanges

No problem. Smaller items will be put in your letter box. If this is not possible, you can manage another delivery or choose the best time to be delivered thanks to DHL SMS Services.

As Charles BowTie is a Swiss brand, we are committed to guaranteeing our products are of impeccable quality. Our products are, nevertheless, covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This is in addition to the statutory guarantees. During the term of the warranty, we will cover the cost of any damage relating to the operation of the watch where this is caused by material or manufacturing defects. In this case, please contact our customer service team by completing the contact form. We will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible and to find a solution to your problem.

The warranty does not, however, cover the following cases:

Any damage relating to the battery, the strap, or to wear and tear. Any damage caused by misuse or by dropping the watch (accidents, knocks, excessive water pressure, scratches)

The warranty will be rendered null and void if work is carried out on the watch by the purchaser or any unqualified third parties. Making use of this warranty does not extend its validity. This warranty does not cover soiling of the product. If there is a defect with your Charles BowTie watch, please remember to include your invoice in your claim letter.


Currently, you can pay by bank card or PayPal on our site. We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or payment on delivery.

To pay by PayPal, you must have a (free) account with PayPal. PayPal offers a variety of payment methods and any orders up to the value of €500 are insured; if you pay by PayPal, your payment will be sent directly to the PayPal service which will ask you to log into your account or re-register. Then, you simply select your payment method (PayPal credit, debit note or credit card) and confirm your order. We will then receive confirmation from PayPal and will ship your order promptly.

This site is 100% secure. We use Stripe for payments. This is the solution used by all the major online retailers and is the benchmark in terms of secure online transactions.


Creating a customer account enables you to see your orders at a glance. You can, of course, place an order without creating an account beforehand. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us by filling in the contact form.

If you have received a discount voucher, you can use this at the end of the order process by entering the corresponding code in the “discount voucher” field. Only one discount voucher may be used per order so, if you have more than one, be sure to choose the best one.
